SELECTED RESPONSIBILITIES
PORTFOLIO & CAPITAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Managed concurrent airport capital improvement projects across multiple federal funding programs, coordinating budgets, schedules, grant programming, funding requirements, project documentation, and delivery.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & PROJECT DELIVERY
Advanced aviation infrastructure projects through planning, environmental review, design, funding, construction readiness, construction, and closeout while coordinating schedules, technical requirements, and project risks.
CONSTRUCTION & FIELD OVERSIGHT
Conducted airport site visits and monitored capital improvements including runway and taxiway rehabilitation, hangar construction, airfield lighting, drainage, aprons, terminals, and related airport infrastructure.
PROJECT IMPACT
Managed a $50M+ portfolio of federally funded aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects across 17 airports, coordinating multiple concurrent projects through planning, environmental review, design, grant programming, construction, and closeout.
In FY2024 alone, executed 13 grants totaling approximately $11.6M, while advancing a broader pipeline of airport capital improvements including runway and taxiway rehabilitation, hangar construction, airfield lighting, drainage, apron, terminal, and airport planning projects.
AIRPORT ENGINEERING & DESIGN COORDINATION
Reviewed engineering studies, Airport Layout Plans, plans and specifications, design documentation, and project justifications while coordinating technical requirements with consultants, engineers, airport sponsors, and FAA teams.
MULTIDISCIPLINARY STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION
Coordinated with airport sponsors, consultants, engineers, planners, environmental specialists, state partners, and internal FAA teams to align technical, funding, regulatory, and project delivery requirements.
FAA REQUIREMENTS & COMPLIANCE
Coordinated project documentation, funding eligibility, environmental requirements, design reviews, and closeout activities in accordance with applicable FAA requirements and federal funding requirements.
